Who this is for

Boswell is offered by Alyve to invited executives and leadership teams. Access is via an emailed invite. You may not share your sign-in link or use the service on behalf of anyone else.

What Boswell is, and isn't

Boswell is a thinking partner for leaders, designed to challenge how you think. Its replies are generated by a language model. They are not professional advice.

Boswell is not a substitute for medical, mental health, legal, financial, or HR advice. If a situation calls for a professional, please seek one. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your responsibilities

• Use Boswell for your own leadership work, not to harm others.
• Don't paste in material you don't have the right to share.
• Don't try to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the service. Tell us if you find something we should fix.

Our responsibilities

We'll run the service with reasonable care, protect your data as described in Privacy and Trust, and tell you about material changes.

During the pilot, the service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. This does not exclude any liability that can't be excluded by law.

Ending your access

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end access if it's misused, or if the pilot ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
