A private thinking partner for leaders
Sharper,
not faster.
Most AI makes you more productive. Alyve makes you more right. A confidential thinking partner for executives, built to challenge how you think, not to do your work for you. It draws on psychology, behavioural science, and neuroscience to find the blind spots experience hides.
Better questions.
Not faster answers.
At the executive level, that distinction is where the value lives.
What it is
A calm room with a sharp mind.
Alyve is not a chatbot, a search engine, or a productivity tool. It is a confidential AI thinking partner: a single, continuous conversation with someone who never forgets what you have said, never judges you for it, and is trained to find the assumptions you cannot see yourself.
You speak to it by voice, by text, or by dropping in a document you need to pressure-test. It responds with sparse, precise language: a high-level executive coach or a wise peer, not a subservient assistant.
The distinction
Space to think honestly.
A space to think honestly. Without performance, without the pressure to have the answer, without the gravitational pull of your own experience telling you what you already know.
The first experience
It begins with a conversation about you.
Your first session is not a product tour. It is a guided interview: a calm, structured conversation where Alyve learns how you think, what you carry, and what you are navigating right now.
It asks about your current challenges, your recurring tensions, your sense of what is next. As it listens, it quietly builds a living profile: not a form you fill in, but a map of your thinking that it will carry into every future session.
When the interview is complete, you enter the Study: a private space where your ongoing thinking happens. From that moment, every session builds on the last.
How it works
Three ways to think with it.
Voice
Think aloud.
For working through what you haven't yet structured.
Text
Think it through.
For decisions that need rigour.
Document
Pressure test the real thing.
For the board paper or strategy you're about to put your name to.
What it sounds like
One turn. No flattery.
A composite, not a real session. Real sessions never leave the leader.
The leader
I think I need to let my Head of Product go. The team's losing patience and I've been carrying him for nine months. I just want a clean way to do it.
The partner
Nine months is not patience. It's avoidance dressed up as loyalty.
You don't want a clean way to do it. You want a way to do it that lets you keep believing you're the kind of leader who doesn't have to.
Which one are you actually asking me to help with?
Inside a session
It remembers, so you don't have to repeat yourself.
When you return to the Study, Alyve opens a new session and carries the context of everything you have shared before. It sees the patterns you run, the tensions you sit inside, the questions you avoid. It surfaces them gently, without agenda, when they are relevant.
When you are ready to close a session, Alyve does not simply log out. It guides you through a brief closing ritual: what shifted, what remains open, what you are taking with you. It then writes a private summary, which becomes part of the memory it carries forward.
It gets sharper the longer you use it.
The first conversation is an interview. It learns how you think. From there, every session builds on the last: the patterns you run, the tensions you sit inside, the questions you avoid.
Session one feels like being seen. By session ten, it is part of how you lead.
Confidentiality
What you say here stays here.
Every conversation is yours alone. Not your team. Not your CEO. Not Alyve.
Confidentiality is not a setting. It is enforced at the foundation. It is the only way honesty is possible.
Who it is for
For consequential decisions.
For people who make consequential decisions and have nowhere honest to test their thinking. CEOs, founders, executives, and the boards they answer to.
Common questions
What to expect.
How do I get access?
Alyve is invite-only. Your organisation's administrator creates your account and sends an invitation to your work email. You cannot sign up without an invitation.
What happens after I sign in?
Your first session is a guided interview. Alyve learns how you think, what you carry, and what you are navigating. It quietly builds a living profile, not a form. Once the interview is complete, you enter the Study: your private space for ongoing thinking.
What are the three session modes?
Voice lets you think aloud for unstructured exploration. Text gives you rigour for decisions that need precision. Document mode lets you drop in a board paper or strategy draft and pressure-test it before you put your name to it.
Who can see my conversations?
No one. Not your colleagues, not your CEO, not even Alyve's own team. Your sessions are encrypted and isolated to your account. Engagement metadata, such as how often you use the platform, is visible to your administrator. The content of your thinking is not.
Does it remember what I have said?
Yes. Every session builds on the last. Alyve carries forward the patterns you run, the tensions you sit inside, and the questions you avoid. It also writes a private summary at the end of each session, which becomes part of its long-term memory.
Human Kind Technology.
